Don't hire, small minds shrunken brains!
Because these abnormal, will give you and others a lot of pain!

All your efforts, will go down the drain!
Because these neurotic degenerates at work, are the real dirty stain!

You will eventually pray, and ask your God!
Why in every nation, there are so many frauds!

A lot of talented professionals, in their careers may not have a proper start!
Because in front of them, there is a barrier of cheap managerial retards!

After many years, you will understand the game!
As these cheap people are everywhere, and they are all the same!

In workplace, you may have a fight!
Because these psychotic idiots think, they are always right!

If in workplace you see nepotism, discrimination and jingoism!
Remember these idiots always do work place politics, and talks about protectionism & nationalism!

If you are amongst the intelligent, and decent workforce!
These degenerates will want to remove you, with their politics and force!

If you are a minority and a talented individual, you will always be at a loss!
As these local psychotic idiots in majority will remind you, that they are your boss!

All of these fools, lives in their ivory tower!
All they want from the society, is money and power!

It has been reminded to me, in many periods!
That in this world there are, a lot of educated idiots!

The hint for recognizing them is that they don't believe in, on-job learning!
All they want to talk about is, their profit - loss and earnings!

In their inner circle, the deceiving people will always shout!
As they try to put the talented people, under a lot of doubts!

From talented individuals, they will always fret!
As they perceive them for their position, a real threat!

These maniacs will try to manipulate, to save their name!
They will find a talented individual as their scapegoat, and put on them all their failures blames!

These cheap people, always think with greed!
As these ignorant one`s assumes, others looking for a job, are always in a need!

I know, Mr. FAISAL in your mind, this professional world injustice is burning!
Because in your short career of 14 years, there are lots of twist and turnings!

In the beginning of your career, you were going at a very fast pace!
But after encountering these shrunken brains, your mind has got lost in space!

From the disease of lowlifes in the professional world, I thought education is a thing which may be the cure!
But eventually I realized, the more I acquire it, the more these mentally sick people get insecure!

When you try to climb the, professional world stairs!
These cheap people will place obstacles in your path, and remind you that life is not fair!

You leave their place, and may think that these people are doomed to fail!
But these conniving people, will put other vulnerable talents inside their jail!

You wonder how, these exploitative people survive!
They thrive, on other talented people strive!

When in professional life, these miserable people face obstructions!
They call their cronies, to get resurrection with their connections!

You may wonder, how these incompetent people get to the positions in first place!
As someone at some point in time, has shown kindness and given them the space!

At some point in life, talented people may get stuck!
No matter how much talented you are, you will need some luck!
While you struggle to figure out, what will work!
Nature has given these imbeciles all the luck!

Those wise people who have seen success, with nature`s romance!
They have given the genuinely talented people, their fair chance!  

I would end my poem by saying, not all neurotics are simply bad!
Some of them are intelligent, and some are just sad!
But amongst them I hate those, who don't have emotions!
They lack empathy, and logical notions!

Exploitation is their nature as psychopaths, are bad!
Majority of them are greedy, and some are just mad!
