The Butterflies evolved.

Maggie Stack 2003 (California)

My name on your lips doesn't make me feel anything.
Your hands on my hips don't give me butterflies.
When u look at me, I don't have sweaty palms
But I would run to you in a room.

My name on your lips feels comfortable
Your hands on my hips feels right
When you look at me, its like you understand
That in a room full of people, I would choose you.

I used to get nervous when i would see you,
But it was back when you were new
I see my friends getting excited to meet someone
But I traded those butterflies for love.
