Boomboom 2000 (Johannesburg)

Stand outside my world looking in.

If I could bottle this pain it would over flow into an ocean of its own. Theres a story behind every drop...
If I took off my armour.
My "confidence" brought on by a time I felt less than
My "narcissism" from when it was about everyone but me
My smile I guess that's one thing that remained true.
If I took all of my armour off and took a swim in the darkest abyss. I'd popup on the other side because there's no more lies or "armour" weighing me down. Causing me to drown within myself. I'd popup on the other side looking back on what I've been through.
I'd pull out my light not to light up my last cigarette, but to throw into my ocean to watch it all burn because every drop was fuel to my fire. Now burn and be blessed. Now burn and be my light and be me and be an ocean of burning truth.

Burning truth
Burning with hope
Burning with love
Burning with a future...
Now I put this on, not as armour that once held me down and allowed me to drown.
I wear them as wings.
Freeing me so that I may never drown, I may be free and fly beyond a world I'm just staring at from the outside.a door appears so that I may open and for every second that passes a new but old path opens. A straight and narrow path with no twists or turns one clear path bigger than me bigger than money bigger than the world.
