Hold on

When the pain hits
and grief kicks in.
Breathe deeply and hold on.

When your world looks so different
to the one you remember
and you fear all will be lost.

Breathe deeply and hold on.

When you are short to get angry with
those that love you
or tears come too quickly
and you don’t understand why.

Breathe deeply and hold on.

When you wake in the morning
but don't really feel awake,
however hard you try
you just can’t seem to
fake a smile today.

Breathe deeply and hold on.

When you feel frustrated,
as you want to do so much,
but all you can do is
sit
 and
   wait.

Breathe deeply and hold on.

Breathe deeply,
Hold onto you.

Together we've got this.
Breathe deeply
and hold on.
