Grief Thief

Party pooper,
memory snooper.

Misery maker,
energy taker.

Candle burning,
treadmill turning.

Life numb,
pain begun.

Dream invader,
behaviour changer.

Guilt driver,
Reluctant survivor.

Locked room,
leaving soon?

Invisible thief
eternal grief.
