Proud to be you” ©

Doesn’t matter straight or gay,
No one has the right to say,
The way that you prefer to be
Worry about you, not of me.

This world would be a better place
If hypocrites could finally face
The issues they judge others for
May be behind their closet door.

There IS NO shame in who you are,
Because true love will take you far,
So, rise above the whisperings,
And keep moving towards better things

They know not what’s inside of you
Nor what it is in life you do
It could turn out in tragedy
Who saved their life, it’s you they’ll see?
