Small talk

Jesse D. Black 1985 (Ohio)

I don't want no small talk.
I want you to speak to my soul.
I wanna hear you tell me how much you love your self.
I want to hear about what keeps you up at night.
I want you to offer up all your fear.
Talk to me about the things your scared to show the world.
Put your worst self out there for me to view.
When you look into the mirror i wanna see that person.
Want to hear every word you ever wrote down on that blank page covered in tears.
Share your thoughts on the thing that broke your heart.
I dont want no small talk.
I wanna know the real you.
The person that no body else gets to know.
I need to know that person.
Because thats who you really are.
And thats who i want to love.
