Sobbing Nature

The lonely sobbing breeze,
Hiding in the solemn trees,
The spicy smell of weeping grass
Teasing the shrill edge of my nose!

Silent meadows in deep slumber!
Sweet sound of rain and thunder
pierce my ears, when poppies bloom
In great astound, waving leaves in gloom!

Heavy hearted clouds' shadows creep!
My tired eyelids with latent sleep!
Ardent hope perching dormant,
Stars weep in dewdrops vibrant!
