Know Your Worth
Davis Garrett Jr 1997 (Ohio)
Girl your mind is real spacious
how about we go to sleep and astral travel to places they can't chase us
i know the world is always beating you down
but why care when its more love to carry around
i ain't saying you should be an angel
but you should never expect someone without a soul to never shame you
this galaxy we living in is full of anger
so it's best we stay side by side and never give our energy to strangers
you a god you the best as they come
i treat you like a queen because you act like one
and i know you had plenty of scars
but they disappear the more you figure out who you are
you something that words can't even explain
this world is too grimy to have someone like you in this plane
so i came into your life to make sure you refrain
from being around vultures that a make you feel like your nothing special
the way i see you is something spiritual on the highest level
i'm trying to make sure that we die together
and eternally have a love thats gonna last forever
you said it's hard for you to trust me because of your past
but you gotta understand another mans hell is another mans heaven
so just know you that you safe with me
because the men you dealt with in the past can't match me and your frequency
just let me shed away your insecurities
show you real love and how to live life with balance and stability
it definitely won't be perfect at all
but i can show you how to kill two birds with one stone with consistency
the reason why i won't give up because you only live this life once
and i can't miss out on someone that i believe deeply is meant for me
