sunday vows

babyabsinth 1979 (SINT-niklaas)

as we all quite know
the signs lay down there held up
as the sun rises from north
an unexpected daylight's glimmer
soothes for the surface underneath
"the belly of concrete "

she is the light the face on the sea
Sunday morning breaking through
on the edge of stoned satisfaction
clambers from an hidden secret
peeling of the rages skin,
of a sloughs of embarking thoughts

is the sun the kindhearted villain
and me a little bit angelic stranger
to convert the silence raffled the pawned edges
the past in the future and the future in the past
the presence is zero daffodils
in a garden where the Sunday morning host,
claims that righteousness is beyond

the passion strikes in memory lane
picture blown trough a rush of wind
is my sunrise my lucky demon
my friend desires me willingly
as so dos the naked trust of believe

inflicted with the storm
between this quite moment
my sorrow despondence danseuse
the beams of the sun
on my face gladly known
passion strides for dusk and rain
as the settlement cheers the sullen votes

the warmth of the sun
in the palm of my hands
when the light of the moon
breath trough this moment
