English China

TAO Ying 1998 (Nanjing)

Haystack on the piano...
Abyss on the guitar...
Continent on the guitar...
Sail on the bass...
Shake on the drums...

Melodies, the flowers on the china.
Orchids, peonies, azaleas...

Last night through the wet woods
An English man took me to his china palace.

Melodies, the flowers on the china.
Roses, daffodils, camellias...

BUT,
I refuse to embrace any color of these.

I am the whiteware
waiting for your
invading
shattering.
