God is my Rock

God is my rock.
It's on him that I stand.
He made me, and he brought me into his land.
Reality is hard for me to face alone.
With God here, I'm not on my own.
Lord, I want you to know that I believe in you.
I know that you also believe in me too.
Together we will work, you and I.
All I know is that, when I need you, you are by side.
