Alpha Omega

01rhall 1993 (Durham)

The bigger man
The alpha omega
Softly spoken, gullibly curious, an
Invertebrate with a backbone.

Remotely, in reality
I'm a mouth piece small man
Fishing out for some shallow
Figure head ego.

Shifty eyes and crossed eyed
Let me engage this
Grindstone of time
Wishing to be somewhere else to be.

People watching on a cold day.

Understand and I
Should stop
Falling for the fallen
Of men lies I keep telling myself.

Why I
Cannot just control this
World?
I guess there no magic in that.

Fallen under my own dilemma and delirium
Making shakers and movers takes action
But my thoughts and words convince otherwise
As the people of actions walk on by.
