Captured by the Thought of Loneliness

Captured by the Thought of Loneliness

What is this intricate sound I hear ,
That rustles my soul and tickles my ear ?

It's not that I stare to see it shine,
But let's be clear , I know it's mine.

The dreams of hope , that carries through ,
Looking forward to your coming , the presence of you .

Through starry nights and hollowed grail ,
Seeking the intimacy , with no avail.

Grasping wind , finding fault ,
On how to make the nightmare halt .

Empty thoughts , with empty heart ,
A longing for , the next start ...

Of something special , bright and true,
The lovely essence , the smell of you .

So where is it , that I begin ,
To start this journey , to live again ?

Is it you to come and answer me ,
From empty bed , to infatuation free ?

Or must I search , and wonder why ,
The time I have , is slipping by .

Perhaps the thought of passion found ,
Is the future , now obvious , but no sound .

So search now you , my empty heart ,
And look for love , and help me part …

From this solitary venue , that once was true ,
to a remarkable world , now filled with you .
