Rainfall

I see the rainfall in the sky
Like the clouds are starting to cry
As the rain comes down
It is wet all around
The rainfall looks so pretty
And also very shiny
I think about being a raindrop
When there comes a lollipop
But when I look at the lollipop
It sort of looks like a raindrop
I look back up at the sky
And it's a surprise to not see the clouds cry
Then I see the sun
And all of a sudden
I find myself having fun
Outside in the sun

I have been reading through poetry from school recently and have given my feedback on some of them. I have also drawn pictures to represent the poems I read. So now, I thought I would write a poem and "Rainfall" is my first one. My dad asked if I would like to post them here so here we are. Enjoy! :) more…
