As life goes on

Imagine being born into a world where laws are placed upon your body against your will.
A land where you must fall in love when told and marry, when you are not even grown.
A place where home becomes the only thing you know, along with the chores to do and children to grow before learning how to make a full meal of your own.
Somewhere where the goddess in you is nonexistent, expelled and the only one you are to worship is God, with a man's mentality, when saints such as Mary of Magdala, and Thecla of Konya, have a say when it comes to the lord's word, not to mention Sarah.
An area that looks to exploit the secrets of your essence, only to leave you naked to the core.
Well it does exist, for millions of unfortunate misguided females robbed of their potential and purpose to this world today.
