Put on a Regal show.
Whether big or small,
We want to see them all
We are comely and black.
No beauty do we lack.
Our hair is as the flock of goats,
That's what wise King Solomon wrote.
We are the Fairest among Women.
Our history can not be changed or taken.
When Miriam and Aaron mocked Moses' black wife
God cursed her and turned her white
Our history is rich, let us share.
Among women we are fair
the Rose of Sharon and the Lily of the Valleys we are and were
A type of Jesus Christ, and The Bible concurs
