Burning flams

A passion that is overwhelming can distort any image,
Horrific pain among the tears that fill up inside me,
How can one become alive in a valley of broken dreams?
Lost interests drowned in the crashing waves against a hollowed heart,
What was once free to fly is now chained to lifeless bones,
An icy breathe exits my very soul,
The sun burns my chilled flesh as I crave warmth once again,
Why most the burning flams seem so intoxicating but yet untouchable?
Shadows roaming about waiting to capture the last light left in me,
Will I ever fly again???
Or will I burn in the flames???
