In the night I still say there is light

In my heart winter would appear.
When I looked out that old window it would be clear.
In my eyes the storm would never show.

But on the day that Jesus in my heart did appear.
The comfort of the Lord released my soul from fear.

He brought me through Oh how he brought me.
He taught me true Oh how he sought me.

God came to me at a Heavenly pace.
And bestowed upon me his merciful Grace.
When I saw his glory oh what a sight. Therefore in the night I still say there is light.
