Tell me can you hear me?

Ernesto Vasques 1971 (Newark)

I've spent my time taking care of other's,
but now I'm the one in need.
I sit right here thinking of the times that's gone.
Wishing it was all a dream.
But as I call someone to help the words just wont come out.
Please lady can you help me.
I just done soiled myself and if I sit in this for long,my skin will irritate.
I might become a victim of soars that tare the skin..,and if you take to long to clean a hole will grow within.please hear me can you help me.
I know that I'm an old old man but a human I am still.give me a little respect and wipe my asshole clean.you can make believe that I'm your dad or that you ain't doing it for free.Just remember what goes around will come around and someday ,you'll take my sit.can you help me.
