Life is truly ups and downs,
You can't hear any up or down sounds.
\Your up one day everything is so cool,
The next day down you play the fool.
Marriage is an up a very happy day,
Death is down the saddest of ways.
Up with new born babies smiling ear to ear,
Down when they leave home nothing but fear.
Up with what life gives you all of the time,
Down with negativity your brain is just fine.
Up is how you re-bound from any bad luck,
Down is when you let your life run a muck.
Remember the ups in your mind like new,
Forget the downs they are far to few.
Life is truly ups and downs,
And maybe just maybe you can hear up and down sounds.
