Life's An Uphill Battle

Life's An Uphill Battle

Never be discouraged when things don't go your way,
Look to tomorrow for your bright and sunny day.
Many are the sorrows and disappointments you face,
Yet, smile at adversity and stare destiny in the face.
No mountain is really too high to reach the top,
You've got to have the willpower never to stop.
Rise above every situation with perseverance so strong,
If you follow your heart it will never steer you wrong.
Life's an uphill battle-Yet, a battle you can win,
Every mystery holds a clue there's a key to get in.
Life's an uphill battle-As you fight to the peak,
Every stumbling block you hurdle to find what you seek.
Riddles are made to be solved-Nothing is too great,
To get anywhere you need action-So don't you wait.
Answers are found within to yesterdays woes and fears,
You can be a conqueror as you grow in years.
Suddenly you know your goals are within reach,
Life gives you experience no school can ever teach.
Laughter is a medicine strong enough to cure,
When love enters your soul-You're renewed and pure.
Life's an uphill battle-Where adversity is the foe,
If you face truth with understanding you will know.
Life's an uphill battle-So tread a little more,
Before you know it you'll see you've won the war.
