Sizzling Dyad

An unlucky one, ill-suited for a beau,
She learned how to disguise her woe.

She felt far less glamorous than Monroe,
Yet mastered her lessons, sure and slow.

One never knows whose friend or foe,
So she searches for a mentor high and low.

They are frenzied while March wind blows,
Yet he teaches her all she needs to know.

In furthest port pure passions flows;
Their fascination with one another grows.

At the end of the tunnel a lamp glows;
Her darkest secrets she will not disclose.

While ocean waves even higher grow,
Their love for each other they expose.

He finally conquers ambiguous throes,
And falls into romance plain as his nose.

As they dance together the tempo slows;
Now their heartfelt intention clearly shows.
