Midnight Pleasure”
charliewang 1950 (Montgomery)
In the darkness of the night,
here you come like a dream,
Silence is turning into soothing sounds,
of your fearless desires...
I don't want to awake from what must be a dream,
for how could I be so deserving, what have I done?
I will lie here and receive these vibes as long as they come.
Surely one of the Gods has made a mistake in knowing me.
Lies sweet lies...
Irresistible and suitable for lonely souls,
Let’s dream together, with a body and mind,
Let’s escape to Paradise...
Of this dream, I pray to never awake
I am lost in your eyes, in your essence
Is this what's meant by feeling the truth?
Even if it's a lie, it's a secret meant only for us.
