You Are Not Alone Brother

Brother,
Have you ever ran so fast you became the wind?
I have, to you.

You've been afloat so long, you have become a boat,
Destined to never dock another shore,
The sea, in isolation, has become your friend,
Yet the sea doesn't move like you brother,
So calm and care free,
You are not alone brother.

When you can no longer breathe in
The dust and the poison,
That is teenage life and insecurities,
When the only face you see is that of the lonely moon,
Howl to me brother, and I will come for you.

And when the music no longer plays,
And you cannot hum to your own beat,
I will give you mine,
My heart will move your blood for you,
I will breathe in the dust and poison,
And the face you seek, will appear,
Look in the mirror brother,
You are beautiful.

Let me sing to you, and create happiness,
The devil's hands cannot reach,
Through a room full of puppies,
You are not alone brother.

Our demonic thoughts are just little nettles,
Ugly siblings created by accident by this beautiful earth,
Destined to bring us pain and hardship,
Let me be your remedy brother,
I Will heal your thoughts and
Bring roots of roots,
Back to the stem of the flower,
That will once again stand tall,

And In it's beauty will bring new life,
You are not alone brother,

And with my word I promise you,
My heart, my beat,
My roots,
Sing to me brother,
Breathe out that poison and stand tall,
Dance like a sunflower in the wind,
Set down that anchor brother,
And come home,
You are not alone.
