Rigor's Feast

Rigor’s Feast
Rigor’s doomed, Reason’s tamed
Raven opens the wings,
Light is tested through taints,
Boldness, covered with wigs

Self-proclaims and here shames
All the natural Growth,
Surface-bounded shakes,
Proving strength of the loath…

That is Radiance, wrapped
In the cowardly Gloom:
Cheating seems overlapped,
Like deceitful is Moon

In the midnight’s outbreak
And despair outburst –
Conscience, wrapped in a rake,
Here safe is and lost…

Superficial drains
Flesh of Surface-Palette:
Labyrinth of the brains,
Built for hybrids, will let

Each, whose nerve is a thread,
By a needle defeat –
And black-feathered, wax-made
Wings then use, after Feast…
