Where are you, my love has not changed.

You were one true person who never changed, always stayed real. Never did you turn your back on me, we went through it together. I knew that you would always be there to wipe away my tears, whenever there was a need. You gave me intense care and embraced me with unconditional love. I found peace and warmth in the solace of your arms.

Surely if wishes were horses, as a beggar, I would have long ridden away. If only there was something I could do to bring you back. I have many questions, it is just complicated. Don't I deserve an explanation? I believe you knew the ropes, that is why you left messages written all over the back of my pictures. Even without a word, had you just showed me the red flag, maybe I would have understood and did something, perhaps rob Wello to make it up to you.

That red letter day took me by surprise. I gazed through the window and wondered why you left. You left me with no one to talk to, let alone laugh at my crazy jokes. Alone with no one to tell my worries, not even a shoulder to learn on. I screamed out your name with the hope that you would stop and look back, just for one more time, to tell me that you loved me. I watched everything fade, my world shatter, my compass getting destroyed, my pillar of strength collapse and my inspiration go away. A gap was formed and a deep void opened. I could feel pain pierce right through the center of my heart.
Looking at your picture kills me. I don't need your picture, I need the real you instead. Why do I feel like I lost something I never had? You really should have been there when I graduated, to congratulate me and say 'I love you'. Instead you just left.
Now I won't immortalize you in the stars, because they fade away. Neither will I try and remember you with a poem, for it will be forgotten one day. I will just keep my hopes of seeing you again safe in my heart.
They say for every dark night, there is a brighter day. I look forward to the brightest of all days when I will see you again. I believe reality is wrong and dreams come true. In my dreams, I still wait for you. I cry for justice. What about the promises that you made?
You told me to believe in my inspirations, I did as you asked and instead of fearing the world, I welcomed it, only to get pain and agony. I have been through hell all my life and everything turned out to be unreal. My anger was a lair and had no respect. I fell in love with my pain and slept with my regrets. Happiness saw it happen, maybe that is why she left. Joy called me a cheat and promised never to come back. Strength abandoned me and understanding could not cope.
Only a spark of hope is still glowing inside me. I pray for your wellbeing because I miss you and my love for you has not changed. Wherever you are, um still looking forward to seeing you again. I will keep waiting for you. You did not bid me farewell and that was not goodbye.
