ode to depresion (modern version)

I have found happiness!
My heart filled with joy,
it makes me feel...good.
something I thought I'd never have...

once I was was filled with sadness,
It consumed my soul,
filling my vary blood
I wouldn't wish it upon a soul

I have learned a lot
lots about my self
you can learn alot about your self
In ways you did not know

this can and will be difficult
if you just tell someone
for it will do you great good
I know this to be true
for I have struggled too
