The Future of Africa

The Future of Africa
Africa! Africa! Africa!
Call on your Creator who designs
the destiny of the black child
 He never sleeps nor slumbers
Help the black child and wrap him up
in your warm shawls

African leaders have failed the African child
Rescue the Africa child
from the hand of poverty
The African child has suffered much
Bring succor to the African child

Oh Africa! I call on you
You are the priceless mother of the African child
With your priceless education
The future of the African child is bright
Allow it not to slump in the hand of ignorance

Laws are made
How many of these laws do benefit
the African child?
How many do they enact
to better the life of the African child?
None!  Neglect is that of the African child.

Arise child of  Africa!
Arise child of  Africa!
Arise  child of Africa!

Beseech your Creator, crying and pleading
Ask your Creator to restore our consciousness for Africa
And make the land comfortable again for the people of Africa

Alas! Enough of this gender inequality
The future of Africa in a subtle manner
 will welcome gender equality
 where the law of naturality
in the mortar of civilization will not be pounded
Where the African boy and African girl will stand
side by side to build the African land

The life of the African girl ends
not in the kitchen of Africa
She crouches to nourish the soil of Africa
She brings forth for the survival of Africa
pleasant fruits
and abundant fruits

If we all Africans believe in Africa
As the bay of happiness in Africa
Then Africa will rule this world
Even Africa will rule in paradise world
