THE FUTURE WHENCE

Where the once future went
Oh, how that once future was
Where that once future went?
Look back at a future once was

Miss a once future already spent
Look for that future not misspent
Left only that futures residue
Yet to reside in the future due

A future with a reliable reality is a fiction yet to be lived
When the past was a present then it was a beautiful gift
Then, deepens inside to an awakened soul
Today’s sunlight is the shade of tomorrow

Is the unravelled present the outset to a predestined stroll?
The pastimes of past times is looking for ahead to be told
