“
Perhaps You Still Remember
Oh, my child
When you were born
My happiness crowned me
The pride and dignity
Come, I tell you
Maybe you still remember that
When you rode on my shoulders
When you swung in my hands
When you ran after me
When you asked questions,
Subjects and objects repeatedly
When you held my fingers
To cross the road
I looked after you
I loved you; I love you
It stays forever
I have no complaint
I knew,
My award would be the elderly care
In an elder care
I still can sacrifice
My all joys and pleasure
For your happiness
However, just realize
And do not forget
History repeats itself
I hope you may not face
Such moods and conducts,
Which I have borne and worn
And remain to breathe in it
With no hopes of that, I wished
I pray you would not face the same
It is terribly painful.
