Donka Krsteva

Scattered, dispersed, alone,
wrestling, hitting wall,
waves of emotion, years by-gone.

In the valley of decisions
a still small voice,
"set before you are life and death,
choose life".

Opened the gates,
bright vistas in sight
beauty from ashes,
small steps into light.
