Until I entered a local bookshop,
Observed, and then bought a
Selection of his work.

The contents of the book,
Entitled ‘The Call Of Nature’,
Please seek and enjoy for it
Unveils the art of nature.

An art revealed in the produce
Of Michael O’D- a poet to be
Welcomed for he walks the
Growth of the bardic fields.
Revealing nature to the minds
And the hearts of our fellow kind.

There, one can hear a bird in song
Whether upon a tree or in the air…
A creative aspect of nature of which
We are a part and which grows the
Seed of our required poetic art.
