Prison Of The Mind

able to be smart without words
its a topic of conversation
through words spilled out on the ancient path
meditate
lights out
beg, bitch & pout
the underscore read stop
I'm keeping on keeping

transfused and weeping
table talking
swallow its extremities
move the levee
strong will survive
thank God I'm alive
the moments the solitude alone

vibrations fixed temptations
sensations...
take me to the prison
three squares a day
a pillow and I pray
nestled the mood away
