A shell of beats
A hold of heats
A breadth of wear
A width of tear
A drop of pain
A glimpse of rain
A shot of shore
A cry to fore.
A hope of dreams
A help in streams
A fluid grace
A call to place
A spinning breath
A lifelong death
A tolling swell
A rolling spell
A grasp of hate
A cleaning slate
A boiling air
A man nowhere.
The first, the last.
The last, the first.
