my meaningfulness

in a world of nothing what am I?
in a world of something who am I?
if I'm something where am I?
if I'm nothing what am I,

the beginning and end seem the same
the start and finish are merely a game
for life and death are to blame
for knowing not from whence I came,

I am not I if I do not exist
for something is me
and nothing is not
a thought is something I can't resist
for thinking is something
tho thoughts can mean nothing,

from nothing I became something
and from something
I will become nothing,
and so
perplexed I wonder still,
and will forever think until,
I become nothing
as I surely will.
