quater acre dreaming

as Sisyphus
push the rock uphill
dig that hole just to fill
round again the Sun and back
car out front
boat out back
to the beach to the shack home
again back to work
house proud blues
office clerk
dog's a full belly
kids watching telly
mum's in the kitchen
searching for meaning
dad's in the shed
quarter acre dreaming
