He, Who Overcomes Pride, Greed, Vanity

Lalleshwari 1320 (Kashmir) – 1392

He, who overcomes pride, greed, vanity
And removes such hurdles of robbery
from his path,
Facilitates his contemplation:
And, in all humility, serves mankind,
Discarding all else as useless
Is the real seeker of the Lord!
