Journée de printemps

Maurice Rollinat 1846 (Châteauroux) – 1903 (Ivry-sur-Seine)



Ici, le rocher, l'arbre et l'eau
Font pour mon oeil ce qu'il convoite.
Tout ce qui luit, tremble ou miroite,
Forme un miraculeux tableau.

Sur le murmure qui se ouate
Le rossignol file un solo :
L'écorce blanche du bouleau
Met du mystique dans l'air moite.

A la fois légère et touffue
La lumière danse à ma vue
Derrière l'écran du zéphyr ;

Je m'attarde, et le soir achève
Avec de l'ombre et du soupir
La félicité de mon rêve.
