NARI IN HINDI ( WOMAN)

Half truth, half dream, half despair-hope
Half defeated-conquered, half satisfaction, half dissatisfaction-thirst,
Half your body is fire, half your body is water,
Half partner woman! You are half definition of life.
Sometimes on this side, sometimes on that side....

You parted and met a thousand times,
sometimes on this side, sometimes on that side.
Sometimes you burst out from eyes as tears,
sometimes you burst out from breaths as songs,
you broke and joined a thousand times,
sometimes on this side, sometimes on that side.

Sometimes you lit a lamp on the path of darkness,
sometimes you filled the streets of rays with kajal,
you burned and extinguished my love! Again and again,
sometimes on this side, sometimes on that side.

Sometimes I met you smiling in a group of flowers,
sometimes I met you restless in the arms of thorns,
you bloomed and fell my love! Again and again,
sometimes on this side, sometimes on that side.

You got tired becoming a dream, you walked with me as a memory,
becoming the heartbeat you tied me to your body throughout life,
you stopped and went my love! Again and again,
sometimes on this side, sometimes on that side.

When you were close to the body, then you seemed far from the heart,
when you were close to the heart, then you seemed far from the body,
you got separated and met a thousand times,
sometimes on this side, sometimes on that side.

R.C.Shah, this poem beautifully captures the essence of womanhood, and as a woman, I can relate deeply to its profound reflections. The way you describe the delicate balance of strength, vulnerability, love, and loss resonates with me personally, as well as with the experiences of my mother, grandmother, and sisters. The imagery of fire and water, tears and songs, reminds me of the many roles we play and the journeys we navigate. Your words honor the resilience, beauty, and complexity of women in such a powerful way. Thank you for sharing this tribute, and a heartfelt Happy International Women's Day to all of us. Should I said Happy belated to us ..

Wow,! Morning shows the day. What a lexical vocabulary! me overwhelmed at thine outstanding key words. I am very grateful for the great comment, I wrote these a few lines as tribute to our creators, sacrificers and pious Mother for whom today I stood here. But my poem touched your hearts, that is the happiest thing for me. Thine heart touching lines on family members made me sobbed. Hope my highness be supportive in future.
