Love is.....

Love is.....
1

Love over all is.
A constant in the lifeline.
Brought to bear good fruit.
...
A dream of ye, up.
A tree of leaves filled with songs.
Parting will never.
...
Begun with light rain.
Trillest ode imparted whom.
Bore it back to thee.
...
Bore it back to thee.
Trillest ode imparted whom.
Begun with light rain.
...
Parting will never.
A tree of leaves filled with songs.
A dream of ye, up.
...
Brought to bear good fruit.
A constant in the lifeline.
Love over all is.

    Your stanzas three closes thusly:

“Parting is never”… reminding us all of Romeo’s parting words to his paramour Juliet, in Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” as follows: “Parting is such sweet sorrow that I must say goodnight ‘til it be ‘morrow.”

What a beautiful and succinct expression of love you’ve crafted! Your poem captures the essence of love as a powerful, unwavering force in our lives. The metaphor of love as a lifeline is particularly striking, suggesting that it provides support and sustenance. The line about love bringing forth "good fruit" adds a wonderful dimension, hinting at the positive outcomes and growth that love can inspire.

To enhance your poem, consider expanding on the imagery and emotions associated with love. Perhaps you could explore specific examples of how love manifests in everyday life or describe the feelings it evokes. Additionally, playing with rhythm and structure might help to create a more dynamic flow.

Overall, your poem is a lovely celebration of love! With a few tweaks, it could become even more vivid and resonant. Keep writing and sharing your heartfelt insights!
