4 Elliot

I hate that your not with me,
You should of had more time
If love alone could have saved you
You would have never died

Losing you was so unexpected
This heartache has no end
There's no words that can express it
It's impossible to comprehend

I had so much hope and dreams for you
You impacted my life in every way
Now everything is in a disarray
I will miss you every minute of every day

A piece of me died with you
You shared my DNA
There isn't anything anyone can say
To make everything feel okay

There isn't anyone that can be blamed
And no one should feel any shame
"Just a mysterious tragedy," so they claim.
So I’ll try to find the sunshine in the rain
And try to see your death was not in vain

Your time on earth may have been brief
But you brought everyone together
Even the people that you didn't meet
With great love comes deep grief
But I'm still in disbelief
