WHEN MIRACLES RUN OUT

WHEN MIRACLES RUN OUT

When the miracles run out
Do you turn away?
When you're entertaining doubt
What is it that you say?
When the Devil starts to shout
That's when you start to pray

Are you here for the show
The flourish, the feeling?
Are you here to learn to grow
But only to the ceiling?
Brother if you let the Spirit flow
You'll send the devil reeling

Sing out the song of Zion!
Sing out praise for the King!
Hear the Roar of Judah's Lion!
Fear not death's feeble sting!
Don't you see the world is crying?
Let our praises ring!

He can feed the five thousand
But is He your life's bread?
Or are you in the crowds and
Leave forgetting what He said?
Are you still trying to plow sand
Or are you risen from the dead?

Are you here to see your King?
Or a laugh with your friends?
Are these words if His Everything?
Or do you long for when service ends
Do you raise your hands as you sing
As His praise you're spirit sends

Choose you this day, who you serve
When the entertainment goes away
In the end you doubts you reserve
Do you let them have their say
When the devil says “you don't deserve”
Brother time to start to pray
AMEN
