Flawed Intuition

i saw the cracks
in the foundation long ago,
the mortar crumbling,
the lies seeping through.
this whole structure,
built on dogma and fear,
it’s always been a house of cards.

so i walked.

no grand gesture,
no fiery speech.
just a quiet departure into the messy,
uncertain, beautiful chaos
of my own making.
no map, no guide,
only the flickering compass
of my own flawed intuition.
the night is vast,
but it’s mine.
