Peace
Piltover and Zaun fight each day.
I play a jolly Ole tune.
Everyone hums along as I sing this song.
A baby's tears stop streaming and falls deaf to the music that plays.
Piltover and Zaun has fallen.
Hopefully we will reunite together some day.
Piltover and Zaun has improved.
Piltovians play such harmonious music that it moves me.
The fresh air consumes me.
It went back to what it used to be.
Frustration and anger filled me.
Petals falls from the tree and lands on me.
All that hope just to have it crushed again.
I squeezed the petal on the palm of my hand.
We were once a harmonious land.
Janna provided clean air to the poor.
Blood and dust tainted doors.
The undercity was filled with violence, gangs, and gore.
Zaunites moved to Piltover, they couldn't take it anymore.
Zaunites and Piltovians began to get along.
My song brought us back together and the Piltovians and Zaunites lived happily ever after.
I distrusted Zaunites and Piltovians.
Will they be consistent each day?
How long will it be till they go back to their ways?
We make promises and then break them just to make them again.
I sailed across sea.
Poured myself some tea.
Stressing about our history.
We keep rewriting our story.
We are not perfect, we are flawed you see.
Years of being in bondage, we are finally free.
We finally spread our wings.
The birds and trees sing.
People all over the world are reading our story.
Watching us rewrite history.
Mud on my dress.
I walked around penniless.
Got a job but I made more money.
Olivia at work was sweet as honey.
Explaining how everything works to me.
I walked by the graves of those that are dead.
Footsteps approaching.
I was filled with dread.
I went home and put my keys on the counter.
Traumatized by today's encounter.
I fell asleep and had a dream.
I was floating down a beautiful and steep stream.
I woke up and realize that it was quarter past nine.
I went to my workplace.
Workers worked at a fast pace.
I smiled at what I accomplished in life.
Ionia, a place of peace and no strife.
A new leader ruled over the city.
Bringing nothing but pain and misery.
Praying that we will have harmony.
The leader was pronounced dead.
Peace returned to the city.
A new leader came into town.
The town was filled with dread.
Everyone was killed and dead.
We will never have peace, it will always be war.
People kept themselves safe indoors.
Don't want to experience the bloodshed outdoors.
A funeral was held for those that died in the war.
I went by the lake.
I needed a break.
I hear a woman sing.
The birds and trees sing.
Peace at last.
