THE BRIDGE

THE BRIDGE

A depth of darkness
Between life and Light
Difference is the starkest
More than wrong or right

An abyss, man can't surpass
Our sins and rebellion keep
To Heavens righteous we contrast
Causing Heaven to weep

All our efforts fail
To surpass this great abyss
And down all fell
With each attempts Miss

But from Heaven came the bridge
To let all men enter in
Across to Heaven's distant ridge
By the remission of Man's sin

Still no other path is found
Over Hell's deep abyss
On the bridge Grace abound
Our Salvation is His
Amen
