In your arms, a world unfolds,
A tiny heart, a story untold.
Kaylani, a name whispered by the wind,
A blessing, a life just to begin.
The stars aligned the night she was made,
In her eyes, the future is laid.
A piece of Jake, a memory to hold,
In her smile, his spirit, bold.
Through the trials and the tears,
Through the hopes and the fears,
You’ll guide her with love so true,
A mother’s strength will see you through.
Her little hands will soon grow strong,
In your care, she’ll find where she belongs.
Kaylani, a beacon of light,
Shining through the darkest night.
So, as she takes her first breath,
Know she carries more than just life,
She carries the love that never fades,
From this world into the next, her guiding light.
Hold her close, and let her feel,
The warmth of a mother’s love so real.
For in Kaylani, Jake’s heart still beats,
In her laughter, his soul completes.
Hannah, you are her shield, her guide,
In you, she’ll always confide.
And through it all, remember this,
Jake’s love will forever kiss,
The brow of his little girl,
His legacy, in her, will swirl.
For Kaylani, with love, you’ll lead,
In your care, she’ll always be freed.
And as she grows, strong and true,
She’ll know her father’s love through you.
