Life's Enchantress

Fragile woven silk of white, draped over a curved frame
Bare feet firmly embedded into the earth beneath
Voice a gentle whisper carried by the wind
Her head held toward the enigmatic atmosphere

A look of pure resolution painted against crimsons lips
Opulent eyes, viridescent in the moonlights touch
Saying what words may never utter
Gleaming rays illuminating near porcelain skin
Scarred from life’s anguish, dulled in time

An enchantress was she, with her words
Wielding a glass heart, filled with crimson poison
Figments of the imagination dancing to music unheard
Fervor within the drumming of bare feet
Lost within the nights tranquility

Quick to be enamored in passions wit
Her soul veneered with intoxicating light
Darkness veiled within her benevolent optimism
Unconditionally absorbed is she, in life’s delusion
