La Arenga de Cristino

Sonnet
Anda descalzo por las brasas,
con su paso lento, encorvado,
debajo de un cielo despejado,
entre el cerrazón de las casas.

Se desangran las tierras peladas,
en su cerviz el yugo clavado,
y con destino a un collado,
ante las estrellas nacaradas.

Gelatinoso baja el sudor
de su negro, azotado lomo.
¡Hecho incansable peleador,
bebe vinagre del mayordomo!
¡De súbito truena, alentador,
con su arenga desde el somo!

    Una pieza majestral. El tema del poema me recuerda un poco a la canción El Mozo de José Luis Perales.

    Este poema describe a un personaje que parece estar pasando por momentos difíciles y desafiantes. La imagen de alguien caminando descalzo sobre brasas, con un paso lento y encorvado, sugiere un sufrimiento físico y emocional. La descripción de la tierra pelada sangrando y el yugo clavado en su cerviz evocan una sensación de opresión y lucha.

    La referencia al personaje como un "incansable peleador" que bebe vinagre del mayordomo sugiere una resistencia constante a pesar de las adversidades. La imagen final de truenos y una arenga desde lo alto añade un tono épico y desafiante a la narrativa del poema.
