The party's over lets all go home and face a brand new day
My girlfriend died he's in jail again he did the crime and has to pay
Drugs turns good people into bad ones and the bad ones into trash
But some of us have a purpose besides just burning cash
I am 39 but have the knowledge that your never to old to learn
If you find the real me your respect I will have earned
The girl who died use to say to me just say that's nice but how bout them NY Yanks
as a congenial way to change the subject, I sure wish I could give her thanks
